Starting at 2009-20 we started working on a Seminar on Harmonic Analysis, again coordinated by Professors Ferri and Winklmeier. Our main objective is covering the lecture notes given by Terence Tao at UCLA.
My personal impression is that we are moving very slowly over the notes: that is not because many of us could be able of covering these writings in a faster way, but the method the seminar is using is based on complete detailed and well polished presentations. Maybe, a better idea would be passing over the details as fast as possible and trying to get the main ideas inside of each of the principal theorems proved. In particular, my exposition dealt on Hölder Inequality’s implications and I did not feel myself completely satisfied spending two hours on that [not so interesting] topic.
